What do I do when I’ve been locked out/can’t log in?

Verify you are logging in to the correct Community Services URL:

Live Site: https://promisse.servicept.com/

Training Site: https://sp5.servicept.com/promisse_training/

If you are receiving message, “Login not correct!”, then confirm and re-enter your username/password.

If you are receiving message, “Password has expired!”, then you must create a new password using at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number and one symbol.

If you are receiving message, “Login failed!”, please use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. This will send an email to your email address on file in HMIS. NOTE: if you don’t see this email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your junk/spam folder.

If you are still unable to login, please contact your System Administrator.
